Do you only work with expats?
No. We assist both Dutch and international buyers. Expats are a large part of our client base, but our purchase guidance is suitable for anyone who wants clarity and certainty when buying a home.
Can you help if I already found a property myself?
Yes. Many of our clients come to us after finding a property online. This is often where our added value is greatest: valuation, risk assessment and negotiation.
Do you attend viewings?
Yes, we can attend viewings with you. If this is not possible, we can also assess the property afterwards based on documentation, photos and our market knowledge.
Do you also help with bidding strategies?
Absolutely. We analyse the market situation, comparable sales and competition to advise you on a realistic and strategic offer.
What happens after my offer is accepted?
We guide you through the entire process: reviewing the purchase agreement, coordinating timelines, guidance with the notary, supporting the final inspection and assisting up to the key handover.
