Bids and negotiation

Drawing up the purchase agreement
Once the correct offer has been received and accepted, we will quickly draw up the purchase agreement. This can be signed digitally (we do this in more than 80% of purchase contracts), but of course also together at the office.

We monitor the terms of any resolutive conditions and the key transfer at the notary is scheduled.
Inspection before transfer

Amando heeft me veel geholpen met het bemachtigen van een appartement in Almere binnen twee weken. Hij is professioneel en zeer communicatief! Ook na het beveiligen van het appartement zal hij blijven helpen als er iets onduidelijk is en je door het hele proces blijven begeleiden! Ik kan zijn uitstekende service en bureau zeker aanbevelen!

I would definately recommend Newcurb Makelaars to anyone looking for a place in Amsterdam & 't Gooi area! The renting process went smoothly and I have been able to move in the apartment the day after I arrived. The communication is easy, quick and all your questions are answered in detail. Everything is handeld and coordinated so professionally that you do not need to worry! Newcurb would be my first choice if I ever need to move again!
