Financial management focuses on the entire administrative and financial process surrounding your property. You have one dedicated point of contact for all financial matters and administration.
Collecting monthly rent, service charges, and advance payments
Transferring rental income after deducting any costs
Transferring the security deposit to the landlord
Monitoring timely and complete rent payments
Sending payment reminders when necessary
Advice and support in case of payment arrears or debt collection
Calculating, announcing, and implementing annual rent increases

Financial management: 3% of the monthly rent
Minimum €19.95 excl. VAT per property
Technical management: 3% of the monthly rent
Minimum €24.95 excl. VAT per property
Full-service management: 5% of the monthly rent
Minimum €45 excl. VAT per property
These rates are subject to an intake assessment at the start of management, during which we review the maintenance condition and specific situation of the property.
