Financial management
Financial management covers the complete administrative and financial process relating to your property. You have one dedicated point of contact for all financial transactions and administration.

- Collecting monthly rent, service charges and advance payments
- Transferring rental income after deducting any costs
- Transferring the security deposit to the landlord
- Monitoring timely and complete rent payments

Technical management

Rental property in Box 3
For rental properties held in Box 3, there must be no active operation of the property.

The final tax assessment will always depend on your personal circumstances and the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. We therefore recommend consulting a tax adviser.

Minimum €19.95 excluding VAT per property
Technical management
3% of the monthly rent
Minimum €24.95 excluding VAT per property
Full property management
5% of the monthly rent
Minimum €45 excluding VAT per property
The above rates are subject to an intake assessment at the start of the management agreement, during which the maintenance condition and specific circumstances of the property will be reviewed.
