How does it work?

Step 1 – Viewing

You first view the rental property and then decide whether you want to rent it.

Step 2 – Scan QR code or Click here

Interested? Scan the QR code or  and easily create your personal rental file.

Step 3 – Fill in details

Enter your personal details and upload a personal introduction including your current living situation, family composition, whether your income meets the minimum requirement, and your desired start date.

Step 4 – Upload documents (this is only required after acceptance based on the submitted profile)

Add the requested documents, such as payslips, an employer's statement, bank statements, a landlord's statement, and a personal introduction. Entrepreneurs can upload their income tax return, among other documents.

Step 5 – Check file

Check if your details are correct and your rental file is complete. Only complete files can be carefully assessed. Step 6 – Assessment and selection

NEWCURB Makelaars checks the file after pre-acceptance based on the profiles and presents the final file to the landlord. The landlord makes the final decision.

Step 7 – Feedback

You will receive notification of the outcome. Upon allocation, the rental agreement and further arrangements will follow.

Good to know: creating a rental file does not guarantee allocation of the property. Your data and documents are used exclusively for the assessment of your rental application.
